Report - Bhasha Manch and Debate Club of Hindu Kanya College Kapurthala celebrated World Poetry Day on 21st March 2022.

Motive : - To apprise students about value of Poetry as a spontaneous flow of human feelings, emotions and experiences and to celebrate World Poetry Day.

Outcome: Students were enlightened about the importance of poetry as a creative expression of a person's imagination and verbal flair. Madam Jasdeep Kaur, Convener, Bhasha Munch and Debate Club enlightened the audience about the contemporary issues pertaining to human life and experiences . To commemorate the relevance of the day, Ms. Pragna, a student of BCA-2nd Semester recited a soul soothing poem, "Who am I?" College Principal, Dr. Archna Garg encouraged the students to expand their world view as it sparks creative thinking, improves language skills and also creates self awareness. Literature refines the students' lives; motivates them to aspire high and makes them understand and appreciate the world around them. All teachers and students of the college were present on this occasion.
