P.G. Department of Commerce and Management and Department of Economics arranged an industrial visit for its students to ITC, Kapurthala. The objective of the visit was to give industrial exposure to the students of M.Com. and Economics.

Outcome : Students got acquainted with the history of the company, various range of the products offered by ITC and its production policies through a Power Point Presentation, presented by Ms. Kritika, H.R. Assistant Manager. Students also got practical exposure through visiting different divisions where Bingo snacks,B- Natural juices and Mom's Magic biscuits are manufactured and packed.They also received an an insight into the real working environment, basics of its management systems and manufacturing process in detail which were explained by Mr. Sumeet, a Senior Manufacturing Executive and Mr. Deepak, a Manufacturing Executive.
